Understanding Restaurant Needs
The development of our ordering website began with extensive research into restaurant operations and customer ordering behaviors. We conducted interviews with restaurant owners and observed their existing ordering workflows to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
This research revealed that customers wanted a seamless ordering experience with easy menu navigation, customization options, and secure payment processing. Restaurant owners needed a system that would integrate with their existing operations, provide detailed order information, and help them manage their loyalty programs effectively.
With these insights, we designed a responsive web application using Next.js and Tailwind CSS that delivers an intuitive ordering experience while providing powerful management tools for restaurant owners. The result is a platform that streamlines the ordering process, increases customer satisfaction, and helps restaurants build lasting relationships with their patrons.
